4. Video and Photo Content
4.1 Event Footage: Video and photos captured at your event are processed by our team to create your deliverables. This content may include images of you, your guests, and your venue.
4.2 Storage and Retention:
- Raw footage is retained for 30 days after delivery to accommodate revision requests
- Final delivered content is available for download for 30 days
- After these periods, content is permanently deleted from our servers
- If you purchase raw footage, you are responsible for your own backup
4.3 Portfolio Use: We may use edited content for our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless you opt out in writing before your event. Content used for marketing will not include sensitive personal information.
4.4 Guest Uploads: If you enable guest uploads, content uploaded by guests is stored temporarily and included in your deliverables. You are responsible for informing guests that their content may be used.
